Submit Your Site To Yahoo/Bing

This is my second post on making pages index to blogger. The first one was "Indexing Of Pages On Google Made Easy And Fast" You better see that post also.

As you know after Google the largest share of search engines goes to Yahoo and then to bing. Before some years we had to submit our blog/website both to yahoo and bing separately.

With the completion of algorithmic transition to Bing, Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools. Webmasters should now be using the Bing Webmaster Tools to ensure that their websites continue to get high quality organic search traffic from Bing and Yahoo!.
But now as yahoo and bing have partnered we have to submit our site to bing only. If we do so our webpages will get indexed in both yahoo and bing. So here's the tutorial on how to do this.
Here we go then;

• Click here to go to bing's submission site.
• Scroll down a bit and you will see submission form.
• Enter your URL there and also the given captcha.
• After filling up the form click on submit.

Now within weeks your site will become visible. That means it will get indexed in both bing and yahoo.

But by this method it will take more time and it's not sure all the webpage will be indexed or not. So it's better to submit a sitemap.

 

SUBMITTING THE SITEMAP;

• Sign in to bing webmaster tools.
• Click on your site on dashboard.
• On left side click on optimization>sitemap.
• Then click on add a new sitemap there.

Usually your sitemap of blog is "http://yourblogurl.blogspot/sitemap.xml".

1. Replace yourblogurl with your own blog url.
2. If you own a custom domain also then it's necessary to keep .blogspot because .blogspot is the domain from which your sitemap is hosted.

•  Now your all blog posts will be submitted and it will be automatically refreshed as you write more post. 

But don't think that your webpages will be indexed in a day or two. It takes time. So keep patience and your blog posts will be indexed and believe me you will be getting extremely high organic traffic from both bing and yahoo.

Today in this modern era a large number of social medias are growing day by day. Some are personal where as some form in groups. In an average almost all people who use internet joins social medias. SO today social media has become  a great value for persons who want to share their knowledge.
In blogger too it is of great help. 

About 20 % of my traffic comes from social medias and i do believe it is same with others. The visit made through social medias are unique because we are not forcing to click. Here comes the second famous social media worldwide. With millions of users in it, youtube has become a successful site. More than social media it is an online video sharing site. What you have to do is express your blog post in the form of video and upload it. As well as while uploading put your link. By this way if people like your video then it's probable that your site gonna get more blog readers. 

• YAHOO

Another great social site to improve your blog traffic. Yahoo has millions of user who use messengers and so on. It is also famous for it's forum. See which forum is the largest and ask questions leaving a link to your blog so that people can click on it. Also help others by answering to their question . At the end of answer leave your link. And if your answer is voted then your blog will come in favor of people and you can get more readers.

• TWITTER

Ah! here comes the most professional social site. Twitter is used mostly by the professional people like webmasters and businessman. People write their status in the form of tweet. It has a follower system. Try getting much followers. If you can't then here is one trick for getting more followers. Use this and then see how your number of twitter followers soar high. BY doing this your each share will be seen by vast number of peoples. And if they retweet then it will be shared to their followers and so on. Like this from one share you can make large traffic.

• Stumbleupon

This is the one which is use to get large traffic. After writing each post be sure that you have submit it to stumbleupon. Just share your blog posts to it and it will show it off to the world. For submitting you can either go here or submit by clicking the stumble icon like mine in floating box. Each time you submit you will get traffic within seconds. So i recommend you all to this.

• Digg

This one is also among the powerful social medias. Many people have joined it. I too joined it a year ago and saw some amazing results. SO give it also a try.

• Slideshare

This one is the latest one i use. I have been using this since two weeks earlier and have found varied change in my traffic status. I have heard people getting 1000+ traffic from it. SO here like in youtube express your posts in the form of power points or videos. As it mentions itself as the top professional site so give it a chance to prove themselves by trying it.

Up to now you might have though that social media as the source for fun but it can be used to bring massive traffic. If your blog is traffic thirsty or dying because of less traffic then implement these methods and see the amazing results. Implement and be ready as your site is gonna earn more and more blog readers and gonna rock!

More over by this you will get global traffic and this traffic is of course 100 % spam free and 100% safe for sites having adsense or other advertising networks. SO it is very useful and if you do so then your site will get 100000+ hits a month.

As twitter is a very famous social network its services are going on extending. Millions and millions of people are its users. They post many tweets frequently. It would be great if we can deliver our tweets automatically to blogger. That's what we are going to talk in this post. We will install a new widget that delivers your twitter updates. • Click On My Website>Profile Widget and then customize your widget to meet your requirements.
• For a preview click on Test Settings and if it's OK then click on Finish and Grab Code.
• Click on Add To Blogger for adding this widget directly to your blog OR, copy the code and paste it wherever you like this widget to appear.
