This is another advance platform and widget similar to NRelate and this allows advertising as well. This widget have few different option for the widgets. But the most cool thing is that this allows you to customize the css manually.
It is created by an awesome blogger and has four nice looking custom related post widget. Installation can be little hard if you are unfamiliar to messing with codes but the design will make you want to give a try.
If your are actually good with codes as you think, you might tryout blogger bin custom related page with awesome effects. This doesn't contain images but the effect make it worthy enough. I have implanted this related post on my own blog.
